In order to develop novel cancer therapy strategies, suitable tumor models and comprehensive analysis tools are necessary.
The Koellensperger group works on novel analytical workflows to follow tumor chemistry and metal drug interactions by optimized metabolite extraction protocols for different tumor models such as three-dimensional tumor spheroids and mice.
